		<description>I haven&#039;t used Quotatis but I have used MyBuilder.com which is similar although they do let you look at the tradesmen in the area before posting. 

Also rather than Pay per lead it is pay for work, so a tradesmen only has to pay them whenever they get work which is a fairer method. This also means they have a much larger pool of tradesmen available to them than the pay per lead sites.</description>
