This well structured web site enables you to look up quotes or sayings from many famous people in history and can be a great source of knowledge for anyone who is looking for that extra spark of inspiration. We would like to see the search function improved as it is fairly limited but all in all a very good site.
We’ve just picked out some of our favourites below. Www.thequoteblog.com is actually quite addictive – you could end up spending a few hours on the site if you’re not careful and some will definitely make you laugh, others will make you cringe.

With the web growing at a phenomenal rate the amount of information available is massive and its becoming harder and harder to find the answer to a question. That’s why we thought our readers may be interested in www.allexperts.com. It’s a web site that allows you to ask specific questions on a range of subjects from money through to bottles of wine and get it answered by someone who is knowledgeable on the subject.
Taking a browse through allexperts you can search for previous questions either by category or the search function which all work very well. It’s obvious looking at the site that most of the current users are from the USA and Canada but that does not mean that previous questions and answers are not useful.
As with any site where the people who respond to questions are volunteers there is a chance that you don’t get a real expert just a gifted amateur but all the information is provided in good faith and is generally of good quality.
WhatsGoodOnTheWeb would recommend the site – Its a good place to start but possibly not the place to go if you are in the middle of a pub quiz … the answers may just take a little too long to come through.
www.groupon.co.uk is an established site that has finally come to the UK. It’s only available for London residents at the moment so we will do a more in depth review in the future.
It uses the power of cooperative buying to give you great deals. In the USA the site is very well established with consumers saving thousands on everything from days out to dinners and spa treatments. All you do is simply enter your interest in an offer and if a certain number of people also take up the offer you all get the discount. The aim of the site is to offer something that is unique not just a bog standard offer.
Unfortunately the site is currently only of any use if you are in London or visiting but we are sure over the next few months that it will extend to other towns and cities. We will do a more in depth review when the site starts offering things for more UK towns and cities.
It’s wedding season so over the next few months we will see blokes being dragged around John Lewis, getting drunk in the local pubs and slinking off to a lap dance bar when all they need is a little advice.
Surfing the web we came across a great site we think should be on the top of any blokes wedding list – www.iamstaggered.com The site provides some friendly advice on what to do from how to get engaged through to the ideal honeymoon location. Even better they also link to a site that will even write your wedding speech !!
Although the site is mainly aimed at men it gives a great guide to what men are thinking so if your a bride-to-be wondering what your other half is really doing on the web at all hours of the day and night we’re pretty sure he will be looking at www.iamstaggered.com.
We’ve decided to put http://www.iamstaggered.com/about in our top rated list …. its a must for the wedding season and is in no doubt the one place for future grooms to start their Internet search.
