Right, Friday is here again and you can hear the sighs of relief spreading across the UK so we thought we’d let you know about a website that keeps us laughing and may help you get through Friday Afternoon.
The Onion is basically a satirical site that pokes fun at anything or anyone in the media. It’s fairly office safe so no need to worry about getting into trouble (don’t blame us if you do !!)

Here is a quick website to add to the Friday fun list that has had us giggling in the office for the past couple of days. As any World traveller will tell you no matter what country you are in you will see signs in English (or what the locals think is English!!).
Engrish is Funny is a great site with pictures and videos of all those mistakes you hear about but can’t believe are actually true. Take a flick through the site there are some great pictures !!!!
We’d love to know of any other websites like this that point out the terrible mistakes English speakers make in other languages.
The World Cup is over for another four years but we now hear that South Africa wants to host the Olympics as they did such a great job. That’s why when we stumbled across this site we thought we had to give it a quick website review.

Let’s be honest with each other the news can be a bit depressing sometimes and we all want to escape the daily boredom. That’s why we thought we’d put together a quick review of The Daily Mash – a satirical news site that puts a glimmer of humour in even the most mundane news items.
The site has been around for a few years now and has quite a following especially when it takes the odd swipe at a celebrity or politician (OK nearly all the time). Very much like Private Eye they make up news just for the pure fun and we really like it although I’m not sure the people featured in the site see it that way !!!

Let Me Google That For You is not exactly a new site. In fact it has been around for quite some time, but here at WhatsGoodOnTheWeb we like to let our readers know about some of the sites they may of missed.
This site is the perfect revenge for anyone who is fed up of those lazy people in the office who always ask a question that they know you will have to search for on Google and they could of just done it for themselves.
The site is very simple to use, simply go to http://lmgtfy.com/ , enter the search term and the site will automatically generate a Tinyurl link for you that you can send to the person who asked the question. When they enter the URL into their web browser it goes through an animated process of searching Google to give them a list of results …. sarcasm at its best.
